Virginia Clark Maintenance and More has been taking care of my cars for about 5 years. I recently needed major repairs on a foreign model. Emmet went to great lengths to get me the best possible deal while still doing the repairs correctly. Robert talked me into purchasing a B&G warranty last year. The gurus at M&M recently serviced my '03 Impala. They were completely focused on providing the best car and customer service possible. I will NEVER use another mechanic. Being a lady, it is sometimes difficult to find a mechanic that you trust to go to without your husband or other male along with you... I would go to M&M alone at any time, for anything, without feeling pressured or talked down to.

I had just had my car serviced by one of the supposed reputable mechanics in the city and no more than a week later the parts he had "replaced" literally exploded as we were driving. I contacted Maintenance & More and they help me arrange for a tow truck to pick up my car and deliver it to their shop, sent me all the information regarding the necessary repairs and costs via email, called me every step of the way to make sure I got exactly what I need/wanted done and offered to pick me up when the repairs were complete. Additionally they checked all the previous work done by the other mechanic and cleaned every inch of my car as though it was brand new. These guys have my business for life!
It's one thing for us to tell us about our exemplary service, especially the complimentary car concierge where we pick up and return your car to you anywhere in Albuquerque or Rio Rancho. It's another thing to let our customers say it.
Until I started bringing my Subaru to Maintenance & More, I had NEVER encountered a business where the owner embraced me and expressed deep regret that I had to spend a large sum of money. The service manager kept saying how "unfair" this was because I do not neglect my car. "Come back and see us any time, even if you don't need us to fix the car," they keep saying. Could I possibly go anywhere else?

Recently my car had to have some serious radiator work done . I had already taken it to a recommended mechanic twice with no success. I then tried Maintenance & More, and let him know about the ongoing issues we'd been having. The entire staff at Maintenance & More was extremely knowledgeable and sympathetic to our situation. They fixed our car, and even did an additional inspection of all the work that our previous mechanic said that he did. Our car was ready and in better working condition than it ever has been in a little over 24 hours. It did take a few hours more than the mechanic had originally estimated, so he provided one of the parts needed complimentary, and did not charge us labor for the additional hours that were necessary. We were also offered a free ride to/from our home to the mechanic so that we wouldn't have to pay for a taxi or inconvenience someone else. The entire service was above and beyond anything I had ever expected, especially for a mechanic!
